2017 Broomfield Shootout Information

WHEN - Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, August 10th-13th, 2017

  • Play will begin at 4:00pm on Thursday and Friday. Games will begin at 8:00am on Saturday and Sunday.
  • We make every possible effort to schedule teams traveling from out of town for a Friday evening game only, thus avoiding an extra day of travel.
  • The Broomfield Shootout is fully sanctioned by Colorado Soccer Association (CSA) and US Youth Soccer (USYS). 

WHO - USYS-affiliated boys and girls teams: 

  • 2017 Fall U9 and U10 soccer teams (7 v 7). 
  • 2017 Fall U11 and U12 girls and boys competitive teams (9 v 9).
  • 2017 Fall U13 through U15 boys competitive teams (11 v 11).
  • 2017 Fall U13 through U19 girls competitive teams (11 v 11).  
  • Divisions will be formed based on competitive level of the teams accepted. Please CLEARLY indicate where your team will be playing in the fall of 2017 to assist with bracketing of the tournament. This is VERY important this year because of the age group changes mandated by USSF.
  • Entries may be accepted after deadline only if space permits.
  • See our rules page for additional age group details.
  • Please pay particular attention when filling out the team application form to making sure you are registered in the correct age group.  If it is discovered that your team is registered in the incorrect age group after schedules have been published, you may be disqualified from the tournament, and no refund will be available.

2017 Team Entry Fee- $675 U13-U14 Boys and U13-U18 Girls 11v11, $475 U11-U12 Boys and Girls 9v9, $375 U9-U10 Boys and Girls 7v7: 

  • Payment of Tournament Fee will be accepted by credit card online or by check or money order.
  • Check/money orders can be mailed to;

  • Entry deadline is July 19, 2017.
  • A full refund will be provided to any team not accepted into the tournament. 
  • No refunds will be available once a team has been accepted.
  • If payment is received after the entry deadline of 7/19, a late fee of $50 will be charged and acceptance may be revoked.

Additional Information: 

  • Finalists will receive 1st and 2nd place individual awards in all divisions.
  • Every effort will be made to schedule all teams a total of four games.  Weather cancellation refunds will only be considered if teams play less than three games.  
  • Communication from the Broomfield Shootout will be via email, facebook and website only. When filling out the team application form, please be sure that contact information is up to date, including that for the coach, team manager and team contact.  Be sure to check email, facebook and the website often.
