About the Board
Under the current Club Bylaws, the Board of Directors consists of nine directors. Four directors are also officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer). Directors are selected from the Club's membership via a nomination and election process conducted during the Club's Annual General Meeting (AGM). Directors serve a three year term with elections for Board membership staggered such that three directors depart and three new directors join each year. Following an election, the six returning board members and the three new board members meet to elect officers from amongst the board membership. Please visit the Contact Us page for contact details on the Club's current directors.
Bylaws
Attached below are the Club's official bylaws. They describe how the Club is organized, what directors and officers comprise the Club's board, and what their duties are. If you have a child in the Club, you are a member and you will understand the Club better if you review the bylaws.
