Junior Academy AGe Group Transition Sessions

Junior Academy AGE‑GROUP TRANSITION SESSIONS are the first step in the player placement process for our incoming U9 and U10 players, as well as U8 players interested in playing 7v7.  These are open to all players, both those who currently play for Broomfield Soccer Club, as well as those who may play for other clubs or are new to soccer.  These sessions allow our staff to see all players in their new age groups. All internal players are expected to attend unless a director has told you otherwise.  Please refer to the age group chart at the bottom of the page to determine which age group your player will be participating in beginning with the fall of 2026 season.

Junior Academy Mixers

Junior Academy program teams are formed through a process called MIXERS. The purpose of mixers is to assess players for the Junior Academy program.  Mixers are less formal than a tryout, and a good bridge to the process of team formation at the competitive level.  Following mixers, players are sent offers to participate on a particular team at the Junior Academy level.
